« Athletic Beginner » designed for beginners or those resuming physical activity and « Athletic Advanced » for going further and develop explosiveness, power and strength.

ATHLETIC BEGINNER

Level : beginners & intermediate 

Langage : french & english

Duration : 8 weeks on App. 3 sessions/week. 30 min/session.

Prerequisites : no injuries, have a smartphone (no web access needed)

Equipments : no equipments required

ATHLETIC ADVANCED

Level : Intermediate 

Langage : french & english

Duration : 8 weeks on App. 3 sessions/week. 30-40 min/session.

Prerequisites : no injuries, have a smartphone (no web access needed) If you are a beginner: start with my Athletic Program 1.0 

Equipments optional but recommended : Resistance band, yoga blocks 

Equipments optional : kettlebell, dumbbels
