This program goes beyond learning pistol squat. It will allow you to gain body awareness and stability. This functional training method also prevents injuries and optimizes your performance in other sports.

Duration : 8 weeks on App. 3 sessions/week. 30 à 40 min/session.

Prerequisites : no injuries or compatible with knee/ankle rehab

Equipments : (not mandatory) plate, dumbbells, resistance band.
