This program goes beyond building “six pack” you will work with your trunk deep muscles and move in 3 planes of Motion in order to create maximum core strength and stability.

Level : For all levels

Langage : french & english

Duration : 6 weeks  – 4 session / week – 20-30 minutes 

Equipments : Mat, Medecine ball, Dumbbells (but you can use randoms objects that you find at home)
